Profile

My background includes experience in international business change and strategy development, account management, business development and marketing in the B2B / B2C sectors.

I have operated in both start up and £ multimillion operations, run a successful business and delivered as a consultant and part time Director.

I have experience of a variety of roles across the Hotel, IT, Facilities and Commercial and Residential Property sectors.

Since 2007 I have been supporting Managing Directors and senior management teams with strategic planning, the challenges of leadership and the construction of strategic marketing plans. I hold Chartered status with the Institute of Marketing and am a qualified Coach / Mentor with the Institute of Leadership & Management.

I am passionate in my belief that customer service is paramount in any organisation and that the value that is placed upon its’ delivery must be matched from the Boardroom to every employee.

I have immersed myself in the challenges and methods of strategic planning through to tactical communications and the setting of key performance indicators in many diverse commercial organisations and have had to deliver value in each one.

I am accustomed to operating at a senior level whether influencing a point of view, generating commitment or challenging the status quo.
